The innovative WD-200/540 multirip is designed for intensive production of boards and square-edged timber up to 540 mm wide. Electronic arbor positioning and panel-controlled manual hold-down, plus the Mini-Chipper™, deliver high throughput, time savings and reliability.

WD-200/540 is built for demanding applications — power up to 2×45 kW and a cutting width of 540 mm

The WD-200/540 answers the needs of modern mills: reliable, durable and easy to configure.
Instead of time-consuming adjustments, precise height setting of the saw arbors and the hold-down is done from the operator’s console.
Powerful arbors (up to 2×45 kW), cutting width up to 540 mm and hardened feed rollers ensure fast, stable material feed.
The integrated mini-chipper removes sawdust continuously, enabling uninterrupted work and better machine ventilation.
