The WD-230/600 double-arbor multirip saw is designed for intensive processing of large cants in sawmills with high production demands. It handles material up to 630 mm wide and 230 mm thick, combining high power, a wide feed-speed range and precise positioning of working components.

The WD-230/600 builds on the proven double-arbor multirip design and is engineered for processing larger material in even more demanding production conditions.
The machine cuts cants from 30 to 230 mm thick and up to 630 mm wide. Each of the two saw arbors can be fitted with up to 14 saw blades, while motors rated up to 55 kW per arbor provide ample power for intensive operation.
The adjustable feed speed of 1.5–15 m/min allows the cutting rate to be matched to the material being processed and the required production throughput.

Electric arbor positioning
Dedicated drives position the saw arbors and hold-down, making it easier to configure the machine precisely for the material being processed.

Up to 28 saw blades
